What are others saying?
K. Trap Jones
“When I think of great editors, I think of professionalism, communication and a keen eye for the written word. Mr. Smales not only embodies all of these traits, but propels them to new heights. His work on Demonic Visions V surpasses expectations and can be seen within every story he touches.”
“Whether it’s an issue of style, substance, or grammar, Stacey Longo will know it. She’s an invaluable resource for writers—and any work that crosses her desk is stronger because of it.”
Naching T. Kassa
“An author’s best friend is an editor. Why? Because an editor is the only one who can take your best creation and make it better. Look at Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. Only recently has it been revealed that Mockingbird stemmed from the novel Go Set a Watchman. Without Ms. Lee’s editor, there would be no Mockingbird. That is why an editor is so important, and why I recommend the services of Rob Smales. Working with Rob is not only a joy—it’s a learning experience. Rob’s professionalism and knowledge can only make you work better. He’s certainly helped me to improve mine.”
